The house is in a good position, as it's immediately outside of the walls, 1 minute from the train station. That is a bit of an issue during the Lucca Comics and Games - due to the amount of people - but all in all is a good spot.

We did not meet the house host, however they were lovely and left us sweets for Halloween and a bottle of wine. Greatly recommended! |

This place is unreal!!!! Disclaimer- it is not inside the walls of Lucca BUT it doesn’t matter. It’s a quick 5 min walk and there’s something magical about walking through the walls every single day. The apartment is impeccable. The decor is so cute see more

The apartment is impeccable. The decor is so cute and modern. It’s spacious and just so lovely. And Manuel met us to let us in, give us the tour and recommended one of the best dinners we’ve had on our trip. It’s also a 3 minute walk to the bus station (which you don’t hear at all). The location is convenient and it is everything you want it to be. Don’t miss the coffee/deli a couple minutes walk too! Go opposite the direction of the stairs a blocktwo down. Rent this place! You won’t regret it

The apartment had the most beautiful view over the wall of Lucca. Also its easy to walk from the apartment to the center of the city, it is only a 5 minutes walk.
