Great location. Very clean. Location is perfect for accessing beach / information / park / restaurants and shops. Carpark is great to have if driving and the Ceigrup staff are very helpful, courteous and friendly.

We stayed in the same apartment last year and found the same issues:
1 - door to lounge/dining area has a broken handle
2 - couch is broken - not comfortable to sit on at all
3 - the beds are very uncomfortable - the mattresses need replacing as even the children woke up with aching bodies
4 - Add some cleaning products so we can clean the bathroom/kitchen periodically

La instal·lació i el mobiliari de l'apartament està molt bé . Així com l'emplaçament . Cal valorà que hi ha aparcament i la piscina encara que petita fa un bon servei.

La proximité de l'appartement par rapport au centre ville , la qualité de l'appartement dans ses prestations , la climatisation , la piscine .

équiper de patins de feutrines les pieds de chaises et les pieds de tables , et remplacer le groom de la porte d'entrée il faudrait améliorer l'insonorisation de la résidence comme par exemple le groom de la porte d'entrée qui relache la porte trop brutalement ce qui réveille les résidents durant la nuit . IL faudrait également réduire le bruit dans les appartements en collant des patins de feutrine sous les pieds de chaises et les pieds de tables car cette nuisance nous semble la plus importante a réaliser dans un premier temps.

Bon apartament. Falla molt el Wifi

La situació, l´interior i els seus espais. La decoració correcte de l´apartament, i que hi hagi persianes. Que hi hagi pàrquing malgrat no poder-lo utilitzar per obres. La piscina

El Wifi no funciona Pots moure el router per tot el pis i no agafa o agafa molt poc i després es perd. És una llàstima

Excel.lent com sempre....excepte la neteja

El servei que doneu, es molt bo, i l´apartament perfecte.

Fa uns dies vam gaudir d´una setmana al apartament Enric serra i la neteja va ser impecable,excel.lent, en canvi , aquest cap de setmana a l´apartament que ens ha tocat, la neteja no era molt bona, hi havien taques al terra, pols a les taules....res a veure amb l´Enric serra, feliciteu a la persona que ho va netejar, però a l´apartament d´aquest cap de setmana, no és veia del tot net.

unos días perfectos un lugar idílico L´escala tiene algo mágico.

Nos a encantado el apartamento y sobretodo el personal de la agencia, que como siempre han sido mas que amables.

No es una critica es una sugerencia. El apartamento estaba todo perfecto. Pero ya que estamos de vacaciones, y nos gusta beber vino y cava de la zona,creo que seria perfecto que en el apartamento hubieran copas de vino y cava.
