Fantastic Duplex of over 100m2. It consists of 2 double bedrooms, a bedroom with a nest bed and two full bathrooms. The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building with a lift that has an unbeatable location in the city centre. The decoration is very elegant and modern. On the first level, we find the living/dining room with a sofa, a fully equipped American kitchen and 2 bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom). There is another bathroom with a shower. The upper level corresponds to the third bedroom.
The apartment is located next to restaurants, cafés, a few metres from the Rambla and the commercial axis of the city.

Before entry, the tourist tax (€1.10 per person per night) must be paid.

If your stay is longer than 28 days, a final cleaning supplement of €200 will be charged, to be paid through Airbnb before check-in.
