The apartment is located in the city centre. It is the ideal accommodation to discover Girona. Bright and fully equipped, it offers an optimised space where functionality and modernity are combined. It can accommodate 6 people very comfortably since, in addition to two double rooms, there is also a double sofa bed in the living room. The rooms are located on the upper level, leaving privacy for guests sleeping on the sofa bed.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with a lift, which has an unbeatable location in the city centre. This duplex offers an optimised space where functionality and modernity are combined. On the lower level, we find a fully equipped American kitchen, the living-dining room with sofa bed, and a toilet. On the upper level are the 2 double bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom). There is a second bathroom with a shower.
The apartment is located next to restaurants, cafés, a few metres from the Rambla and the commercial axis of the city.
It is available for both tourist use and long-term rental. Do not hesitate to contact us.

Order IRP / 418/2010, of 5 August 2010, obliges us to register and communicate to the General Directorate of Police the persons staying in tourist accommodation establishments located in Catalonia. Not having this information may delay or prejudice the check-in.
Before entry, the tourist tax (€1.10 per person per night) must be paid.
If your stay is longer than 28 days, a final cleaning supplement of €150 will be charged, to be paid through Airbnb before check-in.
Up to 24 hours before arrival, we communicate solely through Airbnb.
