This exclusive penthouse is located in the historic centre of Girona and is perfect for discovering the city with family, friends or as a couple.
The accommodation is very spacious, distributed over 2 floors and has the beautiful original stone walls typical of the Barri Vell.
On the first floor there is the large living-dining room that connects to the spacious fully equipped kitchen. There is a private outdoor laundry room perfect for storing bicycles. On the same floor there is a guest toilet ideal for guests sleeping on the comfortable double sofa bed.
On the upper floor we find the full bathroom and the two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
Air conditioning is available in all rooms and in the living-dining room. Wi-Fi internet is available for guests.
The building has a very spacious lift, ideal for taking bicycles up.

Spent 5 weeks here this spring, this is really a great apartment. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Barri Vell. The apartment is clean comfortable, and spacious. The living area and kitchen are large, and it was nice having the see more

The living area and kitchen are large, and it was nice having the bedrooms upstairs. Very nice to have two baths as well. The management company was great, very responsive.

The only thing to be aware of is that with the windows open it can be very noisy, as there is a restaurant just outside. But when the windows were closed it was quiet, so this wasn't a problem for us.
