Description
The Treputxell apartments in L'Estartit are located on the Molinet promenade, a charming pedestrian walkway by the sea with spectacular views. This is undoubtedly one of the most charming and privileged corners of the Costa Brava.
It is an ideal place to forget about the car during vacations, as you can walk everywhere: close to the port, the small Molinet beach right in front, shops, restaurants, diving centers, and near the lively atmosphere of the Costa Brava.
This small building of only 7 apartments has an entrance from the Molinet promenade at beach level and another entrance from Cap de la Barra street, with approximately 50 meters of slight ascent.
It features a communal pool and terrace with stunning views, where you can relax and enjoy with your family. Bed sheets are included in the rental price. If you wish, you can also add towels when making the reservation for a price of 5€ per person. The living/dining room is equipped with air conditioning/heat pump.
Apartment number 5 is accessed from Cap de la Barra street. With a functional decoration, it has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room, and a large terrace that directly overlooks the pool with beautiful sea views.
There is no parking available, but there is communal wifi.

This large apartment was in a wonderful location with beautiful views over the marina and bay. The accommodation was not only spacious enough for two adults and three children but it was modern and very well equipped with two excellent bathrooms. We see more

The accommodation was not only spacious enough for two adults and three children but it was modern and very well equipped with two excellent bathrooms. We stayed for two weeks and felt entirely comfortable here, we especially enjoyed the large balcony that overlooked the fantastic pool. This complex felt very private and there were certainly no noise issues from the streetother residents. We felt at the price we paid it exceeded our expectations and we would certainly stay here again.

The only thing that we didn´t like was the ´shared´ access ie. we shared an entry door with the guests upstairs, they used this door to access the pool area but this door was also our only access to get to our apartment. Having three small children wsee more
The only thing that we didn´t like was the ´shared´ access ie. we shared an entry door with the guests upstairs, they used this door to access the pool area but this door was also our only access to get to our apartment. Having three small children we felt that this was not the best scenario when they were playing on the balcony. We think the apartment would benefit from having some sort of lockable gate at the top of the access stairs that lead to the balcony. This would not only prevent anyone from being able to get on to our balcony but would also prevent small children from being able to wander down the stairs to the pool area. I think that seeing as this apartment is aimed at families it having three bedrooms it should also provide some way to prevent small children from accessing pool.

Everything was good and if I was to criticise anything, I would just being picky…I wish the area around the pool was painted white instead of its current grey…..I think the shower in the bathroom could do with updating/replacing…..air con would be gosee more
