Welcome to a modern and spacious duplex in Estartit! With 3 bedrooms, this apartment can accommodate 6/8 people and offers a comfortable living space of 82 m².
Perfectly located just 200 meters from the city center, 300 meters from the supermarket, 500 meters from the bus station, and a short 600-meter walk to the sandy beach, you have everything within reach. Golf lovers can practice at the Empordà Golf Club, located 9 km away. The Flaçà train station is 25 km away, and the Girona-Costa Brava airport is 55 km away.
The accommodation has an elevator to facilitate access, a 5 m² balcony, ironing board, safe for your valuables, air conditioning for your comfort (cold and heat), communal swimming pool to take a dip. Entertainment is provided with a television and internet access is available (for 10 €/day).
The independent kitchen, with a glass-ceramic cooktop, is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and toaster.
The sheets are included in the reservation, with the option to add towels for 5€ per person. Please note that groups of teenagers are not allowed in this property.
