This cosy 75 m² apartment, located on the fifth floor with lift, is situated on the seafront promenade of Can Picafort and offers spectacular views of Alcúdia Bay and the mountain. With capacity for up to 4 people, it is the ideal accommodation to enjoy a seaside holiday with family or friends.
The accommodation features a bright living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen and bar, from where you can enjoy sea views. The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a 135 cm double bed and another with a 90 cm single bed and a bunk bed with two 90 cm beds, perfect for families. The bathroom has a shower and WC.
One of the great attractions of the apartment is its private balcony with impressive sea views, from where you can relax whilst enjoying the Mediterranean breeze. Furthermore, from all the rooms you can see the sea, which provides a unique sense of spaciousness and brightness.
The American kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and all necessary kitchenware. It also has a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, WiFi connection, television, heating with electric radiators and three fans for greater comfort throughout the year.
The apartment is in an unbeatable location, just 5 metres from the sandy beach of Can Picafort and surrounded by all services: supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and public transport within a few steps. Furthermore, it is close to places of interest such as the S'Albufera Natural Park, the pristine beach of Son Serra de Marina, the Alcúdia Hydropark or the Alcanada golf course.
A perfect place to enjoy the sea, nature and Mediterranean atmosphere in one of the liveliest areas of northern Mallorca.

💡 Important note on electricity consumption:
Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price during the winter months.

- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in which case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
