The space
The apartment is on the second floor of the building (no lift). The heart of the house is the living-dining room with sea views, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. The open kitchen with an American bar is integrated into the environment and is equipped so that you can cook with total comfort.

Cot and high chair upon request
Air conditioning cold/hot, to be comfortable in any season of the year
Rooftop terrace with incredible views
On the roof you will find a large terrace with spectacular views of the Bay of Alcúdia. Access is shared, but each apartment has its own area and furniture, so you can sunbathe, have breakfast or dinner outdoors in peace.
Location
You are on the seafront promenade, in a lively area during summer and with everything at hand: restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. The fine sandy beach is just a step away and extends for kilometres, with options for sunbeds, umbrellas and water sports.
About 10 minutes walking, you will reach Ses Casetes des Capellans, famous for its atmosphere and its restaurants (perfect for a paella!).
If you feel like exploring, don't miss Alcúdia, Pollença, the S'Albufera natural park or the Campanet caves. It is not essential to have a car.
IMPORTANT:
