Location! Amenities were very nice to have. Check-in/check-out process was very easy. Spacious, big closets & hanging racks.
It was great to cook (kitchen is well supplied though oven didn't work). Nice to do laundry (bring your own detergent).

Several queries left unanswered, quite a few broken items in apartment (curtain rod, oven, window latch) only one pillow for the bed is awkward, entry hall downstairs smells bad & the apartment is in need of a deep clean.
