The fully equipped independent kitchen comes complete with all the essentials: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and a full set of kitchenware to make meal preparation a breeze.
There is one full bathroom with a shower and a toilet and another one with just a toilet - providing extra convenience for guests. The apartment comes with complimentary WiFi, a TV, and practical amenities like an iron to keep your clothes crisp and fresh. The highlight of the space is the charming balcony, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening drink while soaking in the Barcelona atmosphere.

- Keep the apartment in perfect condition.
- No smoking in the apartment.
- Do not disturb the neighbors, especially at night.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- No more people staying in the apartment than the number of registered guests of the reservation.
The tourist tax of €8.50 per person per night is not included in the price. It applies from 17 years and for the first 7 nights of the stay.
The apartment is delivered clean and revised. During the stay you can request extra cleaning service if you need it.

Servicios. Llegamos de distintos lugares,distintas culturas y edades. Es indispensable conocer un poco al cliente. Observamos la vajilla incompleta, luces en mal estado, falta de información de la disponibilidad y uso de equipos en cuanto a insumos, pocos de acuerdo a la cantidad de personas y tiempo que estuvimos en el lugar.
