Servicios. Llegamos de distintos lugares,distintas culturas y edades. Es indispensable conocer un poco al cliente. Observamos la vajilla incompleta, luces en mal estado, falta de información de la disponibilidad y uso de equipos en cuanto a insumos, pocos de acuerdo a la cantidad de personas y tiempo que estuvimos en el lugar.
