This apartment is completely furnished and is nice and bright. The property has a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living room, which opens onto a lovely sunny terrace.

The apartment has a kitchen, 1 full bathroom and a separate toilet. The apartment has air conditioning, heating, free high-speed WIFI internet and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, coffee maker, water boiler, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and washing machine. Towels, sheets and hairdryer are included.
The highlight of this property is the large private terrace (20m2).
Quiet and safe area, with all the necessary services for an optimal stay in Barcelona. The apartment is located at the intersection of the Sants, Eixample and Les Corts neighbourhoods and has the best of each area. Public transport is easily accessible, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants within a short distance.

- The terrace cannot be used from 23:00 to 9:00.
To avoid disturbing neighbours, access to the terrace is not permitted from 23:00 to 9:00.
The tourist tax of 6.25€ per person per night is not included in the price. It is applied from 17 years old and for the first 7 nights of the stay.
The apartment is delivered clean and checked. During the stay, they can request an extra paid cleaning service if needed.
