Precious modernist apartment in the heart of the Eixample. Located 10 minutes walking from Passeig de Gracia and the Sagrada Familia and only 20 minutes from Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas.

There is an independent kitchen and 2 full bathrooms with shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heating, free WIFI and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (fridge, coffee maker, water boiler, ceramic hob, oven and microwave) and kitchen utensils. Towels, bed sheets and hairdryer are included.
The highlight of this property is the large private lounge with a balcony and the magnificent modernist building in which the apartment is located. The apartment is cosy and guarantees a peaceful atmosphere, as it is situated on a real 6th floor (with lift).
The Sagrada Familia temple is located 10 minutes walking distance. And with a pleasant 7-minute walk, you will arrive at one of the most beautiful streets in the city, Passeig de Gracia, where you will find two iconic Gaudí buildings: La Pedrera and Casa Batlló.
Quiet and safe area, with all the necessary services for an optimal stay in Barcelona. It is one of the most charismatic and elegant areas of the city, very safe, quiet but at the same time active and full of restaurants and points of interest. This neighbourhood is the most cosmopolitan in Barcelona, where families mix with the young and international atmosphere. In the same street as the flat, there are several restaurants, cafés, art galleries, etc.

There is a supermarket right around the corner, and a taxi popular stop right outside. Close to terrific restaurants - Don Kilo right across the apartment is truly impressive.
Staffs are friendly and helpful. The apartment is cozy, quiet, safe, clean, roomy, and comfortable. The elegant decor represents a stylish modernism Eixample unit, which is unique. With a washer in unit, a Nespresso coffee maker, an equipped kitchen, 2 full baths, steady wifi and hot water, this unit is perfect for families. |
