Lovely modernist apartment in the heart of Eixample. Located a 10-minute walk from Passeig de Gracia and the Sagrada Familia and just 20 minutes from Plaça Catalunya and Las Ramblas.

There is an independent kitchen and 2 full bathrooms with shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heating, free WIFI and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (fridge, coffee maker, kettle, hob, oven and microwave) and kitchen utensils. Towels, sheets and hair dryer are included.
The highlight of this property is the large private living room with balcony and the magnificent modernist building in which the apartment is located. The apartment is cosy and guarantees a peaceful atmosphere, as it is situated on a real 6th floor (with lift).

There is a supermarket right around the corner, and a taxi popular stop right outside. Close to terrific restaurants - Don Kilo right across the apartment is truly impressive.
Staffs are friendly and helpful. The apartment is cozy, quiet, safe, clean, roomy, and comfortable. The elegant decor represents a stylish modernism Eixample unit, which is unique. With a washer in unit, a Nespresso coffee maker, an equipped kitchen, 2 full baths, steady wifi and hot water, this unit is perfect for families. |
