Spacious and comfortable apartment. Located in the city centre near Paseo de Gracia. Ideal for families and groups of friends.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms:

The apartment has a kitchen and 1 full bathroom and features air conditioning, heating, free high-speed WIFI, television. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, coffee maker, kettle, hob, oven, microwave and washing machine. Towels, bed linen and hairdryer are included.
Shared terrace on the roof.
The apartment is located on the border between the Gracia and Eixample neighbourhoods, a few metres from Diagonal Avenue and Passeig de Gràcia. This location offers an ideal opportunity to discover two of Barcelona's most exclusive areas. Gracia is more traditional with its wide squares full of local bars and restaurants. Eixample is more modern and has large avenues like Diagonal and Passeig de Gràcia where luxury shops, elegant restaurants and Gaudí buildings La Pedrera and Casa Batlló can be found. Additionally, the apartment is located just 10 minutes walking from Barcelona's historic centre (Catalonia Square and Gothic quarter).
The flat is very well connected by public transport:

To avoid disturbing neighbours, the terrace cannot be accessed from 11:00 p.m. until 9:00 a.m.
The tourist tax of €6.25 per person per night is not included in the price. This amount must be paid upon arrival for persons aged 17 and over and only for the first 7 nights of the stay.
We deliver the apartment clean and ready for you. During your stay, if you wish, you can request the optional additional cleaning service.

A nice appartment very good located. Just the little room with little window only to kitchen an 2 meters high was really not nice.

Great appartment in great location. Nice help from Alan with the check out time and the storage of the luggage and 3 sets of keys. He also gave us a usable pan. Thank you so much dear Alan!

The stinking deposit in the dishwascher, you should not open it, then the whole kitchen smells afterwards

The sheets in the dark room are to short for the covers and the window is too high.

We have stayed in the apartment in Sant Augsti several times before. Though we have fond memories of the place, after the three years absence from travelling we saw the apartment needs a few changes to be optimal. First of all, there is no working dishwasher, even though the door is there, but behind it is some sort of storage. A sewage smell more often than not came from the bathroom, and made it unpleasant to shower. The apartment is quite dark, but that is no ones fault. The location is perfect, and the service is great.
