Luxurious recently renovated apartment, with recovered hydraulic floors and coffered ceilings. Located in the heart of Barcelona, on Balmes Street, just a few metres from Plaça Catalunya, Las Ramblas and Passeig de Gràcia. For people who wish to be in the very centre of Barcelona.
Excellent transport links for getting around Barcelona or leaving the city. Paid parking just a few metres away.
It has two double bedrooms with single beds of 90 cm x 1.90 m and a balcony with a view of Ronda Universidad. The third bedroom, a suite with a double bed, has a decorative fireplace and access to a quiet inner courtyard, ideal for relaxing. It also has an adjoining room with a trundle bed for one or two people, perfect for accommodating children.
The apartment also has a 1.20 m x 1.90 m sofa bed. The two bathrooms are very spacious and complete. It is equipped with heating, air conditioning, Smart TV, internet, washing machine and dryer.
Includes bedding and towels. Ideal for accommodating families or large groups thanks to its large capacity.

Lovely apartments with nice features like original floor tiles. Excellent service from anyone I spoke to. I got the address wrong and the taxi took us to the flateli office rather than the appartment…one to watch make sure you have the right address.see more
