Description
Ground floor apartment with 2 bedrooms next to Passeig de Gracia. The best thing about this apartment is the location, it's really good.
It is located between Diagonal and Passeig de Gracia, close to Gaudí's monuments and shopping areas.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms:
1 bedroom with 1 double bed
1 bedroom with a bunk bed (2 single beds)
There is a kitchen and 1 complete bathroom with shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heating, free WIFI and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, hob, oven and microwave) and kitchen utensils. Towels, sheets, iron and hair dryer are included.
Please note that the apartment (32m2) is on the ground floor next to the building entrance and the lift.
It is an interior apartment with small windows overlooking the internal courtyard.
The apartment is located in the centre of Barcelona, in the heart of Eixample. It is a very safe area, quiet yet at the same time active and full of restaurants and points of interest. This neighbourhood is the most cosmopolitan in Barcelona, where families mix with a young and international atmosphere.
On the same street as the flat there are several restaurants, cafés, art galleries, etc.
The flat is very well connected by public transport:
Provença metro station (L6, L7, S1, S2, S5 and S55): 2'
Diagonal metro station (L3, L5): 4'
Hospital Clínic metro station (L5): 9'
