Ground floor apartment with 2 bedrooms near Passeig de Gracia. The best thing about this apartment is its location, which is really good.
It is located between Diagonal and Passeig de Gracia, close to Gaudí monuments and shopping areas.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms:
1 bedroom with 1 double bed
1 bedroom with a bunk bed (2 single beds)
There is a kitchen and 1 full bathroom with shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heating, free WIFI and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (fridge/freezer, coffee maker, water boiler, hob, oven and microwave) and kitchen utensils. Towels, sheets, iron and hairdryer are included.
Please note that the apartment (32m2) is on the ground floor next to the building entrance and the lift.
It is an interior apartment with small windows overlooking the inner courtyard.
The apartment is located in the centre of Barcelona, in the heart of the Eixample. It is a very safe, quiet but at the same time active area, full of restaurants and points of interest. This neighbourhood is the most cosmopolitan in Barcelona, where families mix with the young and international atmosphere.
On the same street as the flat, there are several restaurants, cafés, art galleries, etc.
