El check-in fue un auténtico desastre, estuvimos más de tres horas y media esperando en la calle sin poder aparcar, para poder entrar. Nos insistieron que llamaramos una hora antes de llegar, lo cual hicimos, al llegar no habia nadie, tuvimos que llasee more
El check-in fue un auténtico desastre, estuvimos más de tres horas y media esperando en la calle sin poder aparcar, para poder entrar. Nos insistieron que llamaramos una hora antes de llegar, lo cual hicimos, al llegar no habia nadie, tuvimos que llamar unas 8 veces, cada vez hablamos con una persona diferente que no tenía ni idea de lo que estaba pasando, cada vez nos decían que en 15 minutos iria alguien, o que nos llamaría alguien. Si nos hubieran dicho que había un problema y que iban a tardar 3 o 4 horas podríamos haber aparcado y haber vuelto mas tarde. Finalmente apareció un chico en moto con unas llaves que resultaron no ser las del piso, se tuvo que ir y volver otra vez al cabo de 20 minutos más. Nadie nos ofreció explicaciones, disculpas, compensaciones, nada. Teníamos un compromiso familiar en Barcelona esa tarde a las 5 y llegamos a la 21.30. El piso en sí nada especial, un poco descuidado sobre todo los acabados y las paredes en la zona de la entrada y baño, con la pintura que se cae de las paredes, muchas hormigas y el sofá bastante sucio, el mobiliario de la terraza en mal estado.
