The staff, Manuel, Stella and others in the office were so helpful and friendly.When we needed assistance they were very prompt and helpful with our request.This was our first trip to beautiful Lucca and hopefully will not be our last. It was all perfect it made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We would gladly recommend your company to any friends of our that are considering visiting Lucca. You all are the BEST!

Beautiful garden, sunny light filled accommodation.

We were so pleased with this apartment! A big thank you to Manuel for being readily available to answer questions we had. The decor is gorgeous. The garden area is great for relaxing outdoors. We found the beds very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for the few meals we cooked. The location is an easy walk to great restaurants and cafes, shopping, grocery, wine…. Don’t miss walking the wall! in summary, charming and comfortable choice!

Absolutely Stunning! When the door opens up from the street you walk into a lush secret garden and a well furnished home. The home is right in the middle of the shopping , restaurants, and sights! We looked forward to wine happy hour everyday in the yard surrounded by flowers and fruit trees. The beds were comfortable and kitchen supplied with everything you need to entertain. I will for sure book this again when visiting Tuscany.

This apartment is just beautiful inside and out. The apartment is well stocked in the kitchen, laundry and bath. The sitting areas inside and out and just stunning. This is a little oasis in the city. It is quiet at night and the courtyard area is so tranquil with it's fountain, lemon trees, and gardens. There are 2 bikes available to be used. The location is so convenient to everything...shops, mini markets, restaurants...just a 5 minute walk to everything you need. We loved it and would go back in a heartbeat!

La Casina is a beautiful, luxury apartment set over two floors, with the added benefit of a stunning, private garden within the city walls of Lucca. The apartment itself was immaculate, beautifully furnished and equipped with quality equipment and everything you could ever need for a shorta longer stay. We stayed for only four nights, but could want for nothing and would happily visit again for a longer period of time. The apartment is very spacious with exquisite accessories, candles, chandeliers, books and ornaments. The garden was an added bonus. We could not believe that we had exclusive use of it. It was so peaceful and we loved enjoying a leisurely breakfast and freshly made coffee at the sheltered table before a day of wandering around the lovely city of Lucca. In the evening, it was fabulous to be able to sit outside in the late sunshine,by candlelight later on in the evening, enjoying a glass (or two!) of wine, listening to the birdsong and the distant hum of the city. The lemon trees, the pomegranate tree and the flowers and greenery of the garden just added to the scents, the sounds and the whole ambiance of this lovely apartment. The location of the apartment is perfect - a residential area, but right in the heart of the city, with restaurants, shops and bars within a very short walk. Mrs Sonia is a lovely lady who would do everything she can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. There is a really helpful book of information which she has put together, including everything you could wish to know about the apartment, the city and things to do in the surrounding area, including restaurants, bars, shopping, excursions, places to visit either nearbyfurther afield, transport, taxis, etc. We would return in a heartbeat. Beautiful and convenient, inside the walls of Lucca. We used the provided bikes every day to get around and to circle around on the wall—so much fun. We parked outside the walls near Porto San Donato, and it was a quick walk (even quicker bike ride) to feed the parking meter every day. Great restaurants are close by, and Manuel and colleagues are super helpful. Washer and drying racks were great, and cooking in was easy breakfast on the patio every day. The master shower and bathtub are amazing (although second shower and bathroom are teeny tiny) and AC was a blessing. Thanks for a wonderful stay in your beautiful city.

Absolutely beautiful! What a perfect place to stay! It’s in a wonderful location that is a bit quieter than other, but also so close to everything. The garden spaces were wonderful. We really felt at home and comfortable. Beautifully designed and many lovely spots to sit with a bookenjoy a glass of wine!

Gorgeous apartment with exquisite garden

La Casina exceeded our expectations. It was absolutely perfect for our family of 4, and would be ideal for 2 couples, as well. The kitchen had all that it needed, the living/dining areas were comfortable, and the en suite bed/baths were wonderful. As if that wasn’t enough, the outside courtyard area complete with another dining table and a plethora of choices for seating was beyond anything I had envisioned within the walls of Lucca. (It’s positively magical at night with the beautiful up-lighting).
But above all of the physical attributes of this lovely apartment, the service from Lucca Apartments and Villas, specifically Manuel, made our stay. His welcome, local recommendations and suggestions and service throughout the week exceeded our expectations. We endured a family tragedy whilst in Lucca and the outpouring of empathy and support from these wonderful people will never be forgotten.

We loved staying at this location especially for the yard, the natural light, the spacious master bedroom and the number of heaters that were there during a colder time of year. We were cozy and very happy in this location. We had 4 total guests staying and although it was a little too chilly to enjoy the outdoor table, the indoor table was the perfect size for us. It's a rare find to stay in a place with its own private outdoor space within the walls of Lucca. We really enjoyed our time here.

Wonderful location in the heart of town. The Villa was beautiful. My family felt very comfortable and we had an amazing time. Manuel and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended!!!

What an amazing place. We’ve visited Lucca several times before but this was the first time within the walls in an apartment. Exceptional service from booking the apartment to sadly leaving the apartment. Sonia met us when we arrived and she was fabulous! She recommended the transport company & they were so efficient & friendly. Sonia showed us around the apartment and gave us some extremely useful information. The staff were attentive and professional and dealt with all my enquiries. What a great service. The apartment was amazing! We even dined in on a couple of the nights because the garden was so beautiful and dreamy. We will certainly be back and most definitely be booking our next accommodation through v&a!!!

The apartment is beautiful and very well appointed. It is situated in the perfect location to enjoy the city of Lucca and all it has to offer. It is very easy to walk out to the many wonderful trattorias and restaurants which are close by as are the walls a 2-5 minute walk. We loved returning to to it after a busy day exploring. The gardens are stunning and very well maintained and the interior is furnished to an extremely high standard. We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely recommend and return. Lucca is a real hidden gem in Tuscany and a wonderful base to visit other parts of the region.

Die Wohnung war wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Sehr toller Standard es war alles da was man braucht. Die Lage war Top innen der Mauer. Nur 5 min gehen und man ist im Trubel. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche.

Sonia was very helpful and showed us around in the beautiful house, the kitchen was se well equipped that we could cook a great meal. The house is very stylish and extremely clean. The bed and bathrooms are convenient and romantic. Another great added value are the presence of the bikes we could use, it makes visiting Lucca very easy. Sonia was also very flexible in letting us use the bikes the day of the checking out, which was very convenient. This place is strongly recommended and we would like to come back. We had a most wonderful stay at La Casina! What a beautiful city you have. We enjoyed the restaurants, the lovely people, the fabulous architecture, and cycling around "Le Mura" was amazing, such a relaxing area. Many thanks for a fantastic holiday.
We have donated a "shopping trolley" and left it for future guests to be able to use for easy wheeling their shopping items back to the apartment.

This apartment was one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in. The design was fantastic as was the ability to have your own private outside space in a town like Lucca. We loved riding the bikes around the walls. The bed was so comfortable and it was lovely to have a large tv in the bedroom. Sonia gave us a great welcome and some top tips. So many lovely touches

he most beautiful apartment we’ve ever stayed in, can’t recommend it enough. We stayed for 5 nights as an anniversary trip after getting married in Lucca the previous year. Sonia greeted us warmly on arrival and showed us around. The space is just outstanding and feels super luxurious. The huge garden is beautiful to relax in with the sound of the fountain in the background. There were two bikes in the garden which we made good use of to explore. It was super hot when we stayed during August so the air con was very welcome. Sidrak and Sonia were on hand to answer queries within minutes and the house literally has anything you could need. Just such a beautiful place.

The rental was both beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen had everything a cook would need. The bedroom was spacious and the master bath was huge and ultra modern. We were there in the winter and couldn’t enjoy the beautiful gardens. We will be back!

Exactly as shown in the pictures and more. We had assumed the garden shown was shared but it’s private. It’s so beautiful we spent most of our time here. This was our honeymoon and it was truely the best holiday we’ve ever had. A very special and memorable experience. We will be back next year for our anniversary. We asked for Cristina to come and cook for us one of the days. She was very lovely and the food was delicious.

This place is outstanding! The pictures do not do it justice. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Lucca to stay here. It is a beautiful place with it’s own private courtyard, and is perfectly located. There is a binder of everything and anything you need to know during your stay. We wish we had more time here.

The luxury apartment, with garden, was beautifully appointed, clean and very comfortable, we cannot say how delighted we were on entering. However, what really made this place extra special was the spectacular garden. All in all, this was a wonderful place to return to after a day of sight seeing. On top of all this Sonia, and Sidrak were really easy to deal with and instructions on the apt. and area were thorough. I can honestly say this was our best experience yet. 5 ⭐️

La Casina was even better than we had hoped: an exquisitely furnished, completely updated and thoroughly comfortable interior embedded in a spacious, private and equally well-designed courtyard garden, with two bicycles and a very convenient location to boot. After a month of touring, we needed a luxurious retreat, and Mrs. Sonia provided it in full. Lucca is a wonderful city in and of itself, but also offers easy access to a diverse and interesting surrounding region. We found all of Mrs. Sonia’s recommendations for restaurants, activities and day trips to be right on the mark. Count us as completely satisfied visitors who left ready to return.
