S'Estació is a modern, bright and spacious house with views of the countryside and the small mountain of Montisión, in Porreres. Because of its central location on the island, from the house it is very easy to reach beaches such as Es Trenc, Ses Covetes or also tourist centers such as Colónia de Sant Jordi and Porto Colom in which there are also beautiful beaches.

This comfortable house can accommodate 9 people (6 adults and 3 children), its 4 bedrooms are distributed in 2 bedrooms with double bed and a children's bedroom with a trundle bed, on the top floor and another bedroom with a double bed plus a single bed in Downstairs. It also has 3 bathrooms, 2 with shower and 1 with bathtub, and a large terrace on the top floor with magnificent views of the surroundings.

We find hot / cold air conditioning both in the living room and in the corridor on the upper floor, which makes the house easily cooled or heated according to our needs.

The kitchen is modern, and equipped with everything you need: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, kettle, juicer, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery, kitchen utensils, etc.

In the laundry we will have a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
From the kitchen we can both go to the dining room, furnished with its table and chairs and go to the living room with its comfortable sofa, armchairs and satellite TV. We also have WiFi throughout the house.

The magnificent outdoor area with its large terrace invites us to relax, in its pleasant sofas or its table with chairs where we can read a book or have a drink. Directly opposite we enjoyed the view towards the pool with hammocks. There are also children's games with which children will be entertained, also, from the terrace to the pool there is a fence, so they will also be controlled at all times. It is the perfect house for families.
