House with private pool and large garden in a family residential area near the beautiful coves and beaches of the Las Tres Cales urbanization (L’Ametlla de Mar).
Bright, pleasant and functional rental to accommodate up to 6 people.
The house is distributed over two floors, on the top floor there are two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed, built-in wardrobe and windows with access to a solarium terrace and the other room with two single beds and access to a balcony, then there is the bathroom with a shower.
On the main floor there is a double bedroom suite with a bathroom with shower, then a modern American kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, large fridge with freezer, etc. open to the living room with dining set, sofa, flat screen TV and large windows to access the paved terrace furnished with dining set, parasol and has a built-in barbecue, with views to the spacious garden that has a shower and sun loungers surrounding the private pool.
To give greater comfort, the accommodation includes Wi-Fi and the possibility of parking on the property and even using the garage at the entrance. And all the windows have security bars.
As optional services, to be requested in advance, are: air conditioning (one device on each floor) for 50 euros / week and bedding and shower towels for 10 euros / person.
The Las Tres Calas urbanization is quiet and familiar surrounded by olive trees and with quick access to beautiful beaches and coves that have the advantage of having free parking and some offer showers and beach bars; and 1 km away there is a bar-restaurant with petanque court, football field and children's playground.
At the entrance of the urbanization are all the services such as a shopping center, supermarket, cafes, restaurant with petanque courts and many play areas, pharmacy, etc.
Nearby, L’Ametlla de Mar offers a typical fishing port with a fish auction market, the city center has larger supermarkets and along its pretty promenade there are various shops and restaurants.
Recommended rental for families seeking the tranquility of a private pool and the proximity to beautiful beaches and coves.
