The accommodation is on the second floor, with an elevator. The entrance opens onto a long corridor equipped with cupboards, accessing a narrow but well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, induction plates, electric coffee maker, etc., then there is the complete and renovated bathroom with shower. The cabin room is equipped with two single beds and sliding doors that separate the cabin from the living room. In the living room there is a double sofa bed, television, the dining room, an air conditioning unit and a window that allows access to the terrace furnished with table, chairs and an awning to enjoy views of the garden and the sea on the side.
The accommodation does not have parking, however the use of the car is not necessary in this area of Salou because all services are very close and are accessible by walking.

The family residence has a concierge, large well-kept gardens and outdoor showers. It is ideally located near the Jaume I promenade known for its light sources and its extensive Levante Beach, on the same promenade there is the bus station to move easily within Salou, go to the PortAventura-Ferrari Land amusement park, or to neighboring cities such as La Pineda, Cambrils, Reus, Tarragona, even with a connection to the Barcelona airport. Also very close is the street Calle Mayor, where you can find supermarkets, various shops, services, bars and restaurants.
