Fantastic and renovated apartment where you can rest during your visit to Valencia and you can feel at home. Located 20 minutes walk to the Historic Center of Valencia. The metro stop that takes you to the beach is just one minute from the house. To move to the center you can find bus stop and metro also one minute from the house.
The house is fully equipped to cover your needs. Three rooms with own style, a fully equipped bathroom and living area with kitchen.
You can enjoy the entire accommodation since the whole house is rented. Decorated with great taste and style will make you enjoy your stay in Valencia.

It is a neighborhood with life, safe and quiet to sleep, where you can find all services and very well connected. Supermarkets, cafes and restaurants 1 or 2 minutes. Large park with large green areas (Jardines de Viveros) and sports center with swimming pool and paddle (La Hípica) two minutes walk from the house.
A few minutes from the apartment you will find a metro and bus stop with which to move to any area of Valencia, both the beach and the center of the city.
