Description
The house is located in the historic center of the city, founded in 1478, with direct access from a very quiet street. Building built in 1904, during the Spanish Civil War, a bakery was located there. Today the building, renovated, is a modern and luminous house with high ceilings, 90 square meters.
It is very close to the Cathedral, the Casa de Colón, the CAAM, the Canarian Museum, the Literary Cabinet, the setting for famous movies and very close to the shopping area of Triana a few minutes walking from the house.
At 5 minutes there is a parking and bus stop that in 30 minutes will take you to the famous Playa de Maspalomas.
Nearby is the Pérez Galdós Theater, the oldest in the city, as well as the Vegueta Market, with typical products of the land.
Next to the market you can find the bus station that brings you to any point of the island, as well as, to the famous Playa de Las Canteras.
The house has drinking water, free wifi with 300 megs, TV with internet access in several languages, a main bedroom with bathroom, a second bathroom in the hallway, with washing machine, 2 bedrooms with trundle beds, very comfortable. Ideal for 6 people, the bedrooms give access to a very cozy courtyard.
From the apartment on foot you can walk around the old town with plenty of shops, restaurants, and public transport.

Casa antigua reformada con mucho gusto ya que mezcla lo antiguo con lo moderno. Un diez. El contacto con las personas que llevan el apartamento de diez, Maika, Alex etc. Te dejan varios detalles como una botella de vino, queso del país, chocolatinas caramelos y agua. Un detalle sobre esto tienen un purificador de agua, de esta manera no tienes que estar cargando con garrafas desde el supermercado. Ideal para familias grandes, nosotros fuimos siete y todos muy cómodos en la casa.
