New and modern Deluxe flat with lateral sea views in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
It has 1 bedroom with double bed and a single bed that comes out of a wardrobe, so it can accommodate up to 3 people. The building has a lift.
Tastefully and modernly furnished accommodation of 65 m², located almost on the beachfront, with lateral sea views. Well insulated.
Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, etc.. It also has television, satellite TV, iron, hairdryer, Wifi connection, etc.
It is located 20 metres from Las Canteras beach in a quiet area, ideal for relaxing by the sea.

Las Canteras is one of the best urban beaches in the country and in the world, as it is a beach with good weather almost all year round. It is the place in the capital to relax, where time stands still and where you can do sport any day of the week, wearing a swimming costume, bikini, goggles and snorkel, paddle (beach rackets) or surfboard.
It is also a great marine life reserve. Its seabed is home to a thousand types of fish. On land, it is a refuge for walkers, fishermen and surfers. Add that it has a special feature and that is what the locals call "La Barra", a long rocky formation that spreads out not far from the sand and protects a large part of the beach from the tides, transforming it into a natural saltwater pool when the tide is out. A curious line of stones makes the bay the best place on this side of the globe for swimming, as the salty sea facilitates buoyancy and, with swimming goggles, gives the impression of being inside a large aquarium.
And if you want to walk, we recommend the long promenade that winds along the sand, passing cafés and ice-cream parlours. At the beginning of the promenade you will find the terraces of La Puntilla and the fresh fish restaurants. At the other end of the beach, the surfing atmosphere around the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium, with more terraces and cafés facing the sea.

Overall good standard with walking distance to the habour and down town city and very close to the beach. Beds and bathroom over average. If you are looking for a clear view over the sea and a balcony there are better options. However this was not imsee more

Although the kitchen is well equiped, it could be improved. No wine glases, no practical pots for normal cooking and at the same time a bunch of frying pans (7 pieces), only one cutting board etc. Cofee brewer not working, knifes unsharp and useless see more

No wine glases, no practical pots for normal cooking and at the same time a bunch of frying pans (7 pieces), only one cutting board etc. Cofee brewer not working, knifes unsharp and useless (we bought a new set), no buttons… An advice is to go through everything and upgrade the kitchen eqipment to standard representing the appartment. The kitchen fan also need some service including new lamps in the fan that did not work. Same thing for one of the bed reading lamps. One of the power outlets in the kitchen (beside the stove) was lose and could be a danger. Very poor quality on the sun curtains (one of them fell down).
The appartment is very good but it need some love and care to make it excellent. Small things that will make giant steps and increase the experience. |

The property's agent contact, Ivan, was very helpful - ordered us a taxi to and from the airport, met us on arrival at the apartment, he was extremely pleasant. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to return ourselves.

Por otro lado, en la bienvenida nos contaron aquello que necesitábamos saber y nosotros ya conocíamos la isla de visitas anteriores.
