Cosy new, modern and functional holiday home, exterior and very bright, it is in a new and modern building located in the city centre of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, inaugurated in March 2023.
It is located in the city centre, a residential area very close to the historic centre of Vegueta and the shopping street of Triana, with parks and squares all around.
The beach of Las Canteras is very well connected with public transport at 20 metres and at a distance of only 45 minutes walking.
The flat is fully equipped with lift, iron, internet access (unlimited wifi), hairdryer, air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, 1 Smart Tv.
Located on the first floor, soundproofed, with capacity for three people, it has two bedrooms, one double with a 1.50 metre bed and the other with a 0.90 metre bed, kitchenette, living room and bathroom with shower.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and kitchen utensils.
There is a smart lock so you can go out and discover the island without having to worry about keys.
Measures have also been taken to minimise the impact on the environment, such as LED lighting, aerotherm, double glazing, low consumption appliances and water saving.
For the hottest moments it has air conditioning.
