The house is adapted to accommodate up to 10 people, however it is possible to expand up to 12 people if a supplement is paid by adding the beds.

The accommodation has two floors and six rooms whose distribution is as follows: on the top floor there are 3 air conditioning bedrooms (a room with a double bed, a room with 2 single beds, a room with 3 single beds), a bathroom and a solarium terrace.
On the main floor are the other three bedrooms (1 with king size beds, 1 with 2 single beds, 1 single room), the kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, etc., then there is the living room with a fireplace and finally a large porch and a large terrace furnished with a dining set, sun loungers, sofas, built-in barbecue with its respective countertop and sink, all of it to enjoy your meals or moments of relaxation with beautiful views of the vineyards.
To complete the comfort, this rural house includes air conditioning and Wi-Fi, as well as a room equipped with sofas, games and a billiard table.
The property is completely fenced around a 300m2 garden.

The town of Pla de Penedès at 900m allows access to a community pool and small shops.

Catalonia applies a tourist tax for an amount of 1 euro per person over 16 years old and per day, limited to the first 7 days. To be paid at the arrival.

The house is in an ideal location that allows walks through the vineyards that are around the property. You can also enjoy the typical Catalan gastronomy, the famous Penedès wines and cavas, or access to the natural parks of Montsant or Garraf, go to the fine sand beaches of the Costa Dorada, visit places of tourist interest such as Montserrat, the Poblet, Sitges or Barcelona; and even participate in the local festivals of Vilafranca del Penedès, Montblanc, etc.
