Pleasant and spacious house located in the heart of the agricultural of Mallorca. Sa Servera de Son Valls is a new and comfortable house, which has combined perfectly the rural air that breathes in the area with a touch of modernity.

This house was recently built (completed in 2015) with modern materials combined with natural stone and wood, elements that transport us directly to the most rural and pure Mallorca, with a large bright living-dining room with details such as a stone arch , exposed wooden beams and natural stone vaults.

The living room has comfortable chairs to watch TV, and in the center of the dining room a solid wood table with 8 chairs. There is even a vibration massage chair! There is WI-FI internet connection and a flat screen television with satellite channels.

The kitchen is very spacious and the furniture is made of natural wood, with a large wardrobe, a table for 6 people and everything we need to cook: basic utensils, gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, Toaster, pots and several pans.

The bedrooms, with handcrafted furniture made of natural wood, are equipped with large wardrobes to store our clothes, with air conditioning units (hot / cold) and underfloor heating. Between the bedrooms there are 2 spacious and perfectly equipped bathrooms.

The exterior part has a large porch with views of the surrounding fields and the mountains of San Salvador. On this porch there is a table for 6 people where to celebrate pleasant dinners or meals with our friends and family. The large pool (10 x 5 meters) is surrounded by a natural stone terrace with sun loungers on one side and natural grass on the other. Undoubtedly, refreshing during the summer in the pool will be a great pleasure. And without forgetting an important element: the portable barbecue.

The garage can accommodate 1 large car and guests can use it.

The access road to the finca is paved until a few meters before reaching the house. The land is closed with stone wall and metal fence and the entrance door is a large barrier that can be opened and closed by a remote control.

Extensive agricultural fields extend as far as the eye can see or the feet of Puig de Sant Salvador. Without a doubt, Sa Servera de Son Valls is the perfect place to spend a relaxing holiday in Mallorca.

The nearest town is Felanitx, about 8 minutes by car (7 kms), but only 2 minutes walk away is the restaurant-hotel of Son Valls (Lazy Finca Son Valls), where you can go for breakfast or dinner, or even rent bicycles to enjoy a rural walk through the area. In the village of Felanitx you can find several supermarkets (Lidl, Eroski, HiperCentro) and several bars and restaurants. Every Sunday morning there is a market in the streets of downtown Felanitx.


The nearest beaches are about 20 minutes away by car, being the nearest the Portocolom bay, followed by the beaches of Cala D'or, Portopetro, Cales de Mallorca, the natural park of Mondragó, etc. We recommend "Cala Domingos" and "El Arenal de Portocolom", although it is also worth visiting Cala d'Or and Portopetro.

In short, a comfortable house, nice, and with everything you need to enjoy your vacation with the family or your friends.
