The modern kitchen equipped with quality appliances (dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, large fridge-freezer, etc.), small table and chairs, which also has a door with access to the terrace. Finally, a door opens to the living-dining room furnished with a dining set, sofa bed, an armchair, television and large windows to access the large covered terrace that has a folding awning for the sunniest hours, furnished with a dining set and sofas outside to enjoy the views of the gardens and swimming pools of the residence.
For greater comfort, the accommodation includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning through ducts integrated in all rooms, bedding (sheets and shower towels) and a space in the underground parking of the residence.
