The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, etc., from the kitchen you can access to the terrace with a storage cabinet and a clothesline, the views are towards a small and quiet street surrounded by trees.
The living-dining room is furnished with a dining set, sofa, armchair and television, the large windows from the living room give access to the second terrace (14m2) furnished with a table, chairs and an awning for your meals or moments of rest with beautiful views towards the swimming pools and gardens of the communal area.

To complete the comfort, the rental includes WiFi and air conditioning with integrated ducted in all rooms. As an optional service to be requested in advance, two parking spaces are offered in the residence's underground parking, the cost of each space is €10/day.
