Air conditioned apartment standing in a family residence with a surveyed swimming pool, close to Salou's beaches and in the seaside resort's centre.
This is a functional apartment which has a double bedroom with a double bed, a complete bathroom with shower, an equipped independent kitchen as well as a living room with double sofa-bed and direct access out to the terrace.
The furnished terrace, with table, chairs and a rolling sun blind, provides an additional living area with view onto the gardens and interior of the residence.
It is comfortably furnished for 4 people and provides a complete equipment which includes the air conditioningm an Internet connection as well as a community parking area in the residence which is completely fenced and closed with an electric gate.
The apartment is on the second floor out of the 4 levels of the little residence, without elevator, yet with easy access up with short staircases.
Ideally located in the heart of Salou, Reus Camp I Mar is a private family holiday residence which makes available a very beautiful community swimming pool with children's area, watched by a lifeguard, and installed within a big green zone with playgrounds for the little ones, shadowy spots for rest, as well as a petanque track, basketball track and outdoor showers. Reus Camp I Mar also has a bar-restaurant, standing at the entrance of the private property.
This is not a recent residence although it has always been very well maintained by the community members who organize, every year, a family local party (free and very animated) on the week before August, 15th.
Although it is a peaceful residence, it allows quick access walking to the animated centre of Salou's resort where you'll find all kinds of facilities (summer activities, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, chemists, bus stops, etc …) as well as to the many activities provided by the seaside resort with its 8 fitted out beaches, easily accessible walking through shopping streets, two pedestrian maritime promenades, water sports, chill-out bars in the sand, the famous Port Aventura theme park, etc …
This is an economic property, ideally located to enjoy Salou, walk around everywhere, and make the most of the resort's beaches and lively centre.

Il faut impérativement changer la literie du canapé lit car au bout de 15 jours le mal au dos est bien présent
Dans la cuisine il faudrait juste changer les couverts qui sont un peu rouillés
