Perfect rental for a family vacation with complete equipment, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to comfortably accommodate 7 people.
The apartment is distributed over 2 levels: at the entrance there is a dining room with a large window open to the independent and well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas stove, washing machine, cupboards; 2 large bedrooms (1 double and 1 triple) as well as a large bathroom. 8 small steps give access to the lower level where the bright living room is located with a sofa and flat screen TV and it communicates with the covered terrace furnished with a dining set and with an unbeatable panoramic view of the sea, and next to it is the third bedroom suite with the second full bathroom and also with sea views.
Cozy rental with a warm style, to expand comfort has Wi-Fi and bedding (sheets and towels). It also offers a free private parking space in the basement of the residence.
Located on the 1st floor of a beautiful well-kept family residence, with a large pool that has space for the little ones and above all a magnificent view of the beach, it also has a ping-pong table, underground parking, elevators and a concierge all year. It is a quiet residence that enjoys a privileged location in front of the sea, on the Cornisa de Salou with direct access to the coves “Playa Capellans” and “Llenguadets”.
All the beaches of Salou, as well as its beautiful promenades, are accessible by walking through the “Camí de Ronda”, a pedestrian path that passes right in front of the residence.
This path is fully enabled and offers incredible views along the entire coast of Salou, allowing easy access by walking from the residence to the beautiful coves of Cap Salou, the Lighthouse, La Pineda city, the Llevant Beach with its emblematic Jaume I promenade, known for its beautiful light fountains, sports courts, playgrounds as well as various shops, restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors, etc. The main shopping streets of Salou, such as Avenida Carlos Buigas, are also accessible in just a few minutes walking. You can go to the famous PortAventura-Ferrari Land amusement park by car, bus or even by taking the little tourist train.
