It has a complete bathroom with a bathtub, a separate kitchen with a window and fully equipped with appliances such as a large fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, etc. A dining room with its respective table and six chairs and the living room with a double sofa bed and television, a window opens onto the terrace furnished in a second dining room with a table, six chairs and an awning to enjoy sunny days in any moment.

For greater comfort, the rental includes air conditioning installed in the living room, Wi-Fi, bedding and towels, as well as satellite with international channels.
The rental does not offer parking, but it is easy to park outside as there is a small community parking and free spaces around the residence.

Located on the fifth and last floor with elevator, in a small family residence located 80 meters from the long sandy beach Playa Ponent and the beautiful Miramar promenade that allows you to walk to the Jaume I promenade, the nautical port and the Salou's most touristic center; and in the opposite direction you can walk to the center of Cambrils.

Playa Ponent is a long and wide sandy beach less frequented than its neighboring Playa Levant and offers the same services such as showers, a lifeguard post, rental of sunbeds and umbrellas, small restaurants, beach bars, and at the end of the beach there is a park for children.
The promenades are pedestrianized and adapted to bike lanes, accompanied by palm trees, fountains, playgrounds and numerous shops as well as bars and restaurants.
It is also close to the center “the town” of Salou with its covered market open every day offering fresh products, and the different bus stops to visit neighboring cities or the PortAventura-Ferrari Land amusement park.
