Parque dos Nações is far from the historical city centre but this newly-developed neighbourhood has plenty of attractions on its own. Is the striking modern side to historic and traditional Lisbon, which extends along the north-eastern side of the Tejo River. The district was rejuvenated from a desolate industrial wasteland for Expo ’98 and you can also found Lisbon´s aquarium, the largest in Europe.
