It is located in the best area of Barcelona, in the centre of Gracia area and close to Passeig de Gracia and Diagonal Avenue, in the Gracia area. Gracia was an independent town a hundred years ago and because of original Barcelona has grown it was integrated to the city like other independent towns (Sants and Sarrià-Sant Gervasi). It keeps its own life style and it is very charming, local people, and bohemian and smart lifestyle.

It is located only five minutes walking from the two smartest streets in Barcelona (Diagonal street and Passeig de Gracia) where Gaudí built La Pedrera and Casa Batlló, the two most amazing houses of Barcelona’s architecht. It is very well communicated by public transport (three metro lines and one local train station) that take you all around the city. It is only 15 minutes walking from the old town, all walking down Passeig de Gracia. Direct bus to beaches in only 15-20 minutes!
