Location

The apartment is located in Gracia area next to Eixample neighborhood. This location has the best of both areas of Barcelona. Gracia area is charming, it is quite and bohemian and there are many restaurants, bars, small shops, the streets are narrow, most of them are pedestrian and there isn’t traffic...and the Eixample area (Diagonal and Passeig the Gracia) is more residential area, with smart boutiques, the Gaudí amazing modernist houses "La Pedrera", "Casa Batlló" and "Casa Milá". The apartment is only a few meters from Diagonal Avenue and Passeig de Gracia. Apart from this, the apartment is only 10 minutes walking to the old city center (Plaza Catalunya and Gothic area). Near the apartment there are four metro stations (L6, L7, L3, and L5) only 2 minutes from the apartment. Direct bus to Barcelona beaches in only 10-15 minutes! Gracia is the cultural area in town. Really cute and characteristic, ideal for families with kids as you have a lot of parks for them to play. Shops and supermarket will not lack around the apartment as well as public transportation. Finally, the location of the apartment allows you to walk to the center and any interesting area of Barcelona.

Walk into the Gracia neighborhood and discover a charm and calm neighborhood. Enjoy several terraces in the nice and quite squares and relax there. Walk down Passeig de Gracia street and will see the most elegant boutiques in Barcelona and visit "La Pedrera", "Casa Batlló" and "Casa Milà", the amazing houses Guadí built in the beginning of the last century. At the end of Passeig de Gracia you will find Plaza Catalunya, the main center of Barcelona. Down from there there is Las Ramblas and Gothic area, the Cathedral, the Palau de la Música, the Liceo,... all the best places to visit in Barcelona. Culture and leisure go together in this area. Don´t miss Verdi street and its cinemas with original movies as well as its bars and little restaurants from all over the world. There are also a lot of small theaters that offer a very interesting program. Take a walk in the area to get lost in small streets and discover some very beautiful buildings from early twenties from the last century. The city center and old town are really close with the metro or even walking along the elegant Passeig De Gracia.
