The apartment is located near Montjuīch mountain, a green area ideal for relaxing walks and nice views of Barcelona. The apartment is also near the Plaza Espaņa, a very beautiful, quite and safe area of Barcelona. Apartment ideal for visitors & professionals of Barcelona's international Trade Fair "La Fira de Barcelona" (only 5-10 minutes walking distance from the apartment). Apartment with a good communication by the Barcelona's public transportation. Ideal for families with kids as there are many green areas and parks for them to play. Also very close to the airport which will cause you no worries regarding transportation and commuting till there. The area is very safe and far from the traffic and noise of the city. Surrounded by shops and groceries for you to have a comfortable and pleasant stay. Mostly inhabited by locals, you will feel the real atmosphere and beat of the city.

Near the apartment you can visit the Montjuīch park, the Plaza Espaņa, the Magic Fountains, the Olympic facilities(Stadiums), the "Pueblo Espaņol", the Joan Mirķ museum, the Contemporary Catalonian Art museum (MNAC) and the Barcelona's botanical garden. The area is near a very beautiful park where your children could play or you could practice any outdoor activity. The apartment is located in a district that is mostly occupied by locals so you will have the real feeling of living in Barcelona. Don’t miss in Montjuīch the performing arts centers of Mercat de Les Flors or Teatre Lliure where you can attend any show within they program During the summer there is a very interesting theater festival called “Grec” as the plays take place in a sort of Greek amphitheater. Well communicated to the city center by public transportation and surrounded by ay kind of shops, supermarkets and covered markets for fresh products.
