Apartment centrally located in Eixample district. It is next to the Ninot market, one of the most ancient and characteristic markets in the city. There are plenty of shops, amenities and restaurants nearby. The apartment is really well communicated by public transportation and the nearest tube station is just two minutes walking (Hospital clinic in blue line L5). Ideal for families with children as the area is very quiet and has some green areas for them to play. You just one station away from Diagonal where you can reach on foot the district of Gracia and the center easily. The area has a great number of shops and supermarkets as well as some restaurants with a really good reputation (such as the gourmet Colibri). The Gaudi monuments in Paseo de Gracia are reachable on foot and with the metro. You can visit the Escola Industrial building from the late years of the 19th century and the Ninot covered market.

The apartment is located in the heart of Eixample district. There is plenty of interesting modernism buildings. The Ninot market is an important appeal. You will find there the pure Barcelona element. Besides, the apartment is just 5 minutes walking from Paseo de Gracia, one of the most characteristic, elegant and nice streets of Barcelona. You can not miss the perfection of the modernism work of the houses: La Pedrera, Casa Batlló or Casa Ametller, located all of them is Passeig de Gracia and considered the best legacy of the Modernism movement in the city. Plaza Catalunya, the square most known of Barcelona is just ten minutes walking from the apartment; from there you can take a walk to the Gothic district and the Cathedral, La Rambla, the Liceo Opera House, Music Palace and other interesting places of Barcelona. Next to the apartment you will find the Escola Industrial which is curious to visit and it has very particular architecture from the 19th century. There are many good restaurants and cosy bars around and you will be easily in the center on foot or metro. Quiet area for families with kids and also for groups of friends. Also close to the upper part of town Sarria-Sant Gervasi and Pedralbes with bus or metro till Maria Cristina stop. Not far away from Zona Universitaria where most Colleges are set.
