Apartment very well communicated by Barelona's public transport. There is one metro line (L1) one minute from the apartment, several bus lines and airport bus to Barcelona airport. Very safe and glamorous area ideal to accommodate families, students and small groups. Surrounded by all required facilities to have a pleasant stay. Perfectly connected to the rest of the city by public transportation. Moreover, the apartment is very silent during the night as it does not face directly the street but an interior yard.

The apartment is near the Paseo de Grácia (modernist buildings like La Pedrera, Casa Batlló,..), Gran Via street (bars, cinemas,...) and street market "Ninot". The apartment is only 10 minutes walking to Plaza Universitat, Las Ramblas and historic centre of Barcelona(Gothic). Apart from the modernist monuments that are really close to the apartment, you will be able to walk to the center and the shopping area around Plaza Universitat. Near the apartment you will find libraries and social centers as well as some art galleries and a great number of gourmet restaurants. The vivid areas of Raval and Poble Sec are very near if you want to feel Barcelona’s heartbeat.
