Location

Apartment located in the main Eixample area, only at 5-10 minutes to Passeig de Gracia. It is a beautiful area, with lovely modernist buildings, so many shops, groceries, bakeries, bars, restaurants, bares de tapas, services,… The apartment is very well connected by public transport. There is one metro station at 1 minute from the apartment and two other metro stations at 3 minutes from the apartment. Apart from being in the smartest area of Barcelona, it is the most quiet and ideal for families. You will be able to reach all the important monuments on foot as well as the city center and old town. The area has 19th century characteristic buildings and open spaces never too crowded. You will also find some social and cultural centers such as Casa Elizalde where you will be able to attend art shows if you wish. Moreover, some really good restaurants, gastronomic shops and traditional bakeries surround the apartment.

Places to visit around

The apartment is only at 5-10 minutes to Passeig de Gràcia avenue. There you can visit three of the most famous modernist Gaudí buildings in Barcelona, "La Pedrera", "Casa Batlló", "Casa Ametller". Also there you can enjoy just walking through this avenue, make some shopping in the most luxury boutiques in Barcelona and eat in very good restaurants. Near the apartment, in the south part there is the Born area, the historic neighborhood that last years has been reconverted in one of the most attractive, lively and cosmopolitan neighborhood in Barcelona. Barcelona beaches are only at 10-15 minutes by bus from the apartment! It is a privilege to live in this area of town in a luxurious apartment next to most of the Gaudi treasures. The old town is really close and you will be able to reach it on foot if you wish .Don’t miss to walk around the Eixample and admire a large number of beautiful buildings from the 19th century as well as its cosy cafés. The area is full of nice shops and outlet stores and if you walk to the old center a considerable number of small and cute handcraft shops will suit your shopping needs. You are also very close to the cultural area of Gracia where you will find a lot of cinemas, theatres and small art galleries to discover.
