Location

The apartment is located in one of the smartest areas in Barcelona. Very quiet and safe and away from the big traffic jams downtown. The district of Eixample where the apartment is located, used to be the area for the rich families in the 19th century and there are a lot of magnificent buildings to see. The area has plenty of shops and supermarkets as well as bars, restaurants, cafeterias and shops. The gothic area is close by metro, bus or on foot if you wish. Moreover, the harbor is reachable by public transportation too as well as the beaches. The apartment is perfect for big families with small kids as the area has some very nice playgrounds.

Places to visit around

The distric of Eixample is the smartest in Barcelona, very calm and with less traffic than the city center. The area has all the needed facilities to make the stay comfortable. Many bars, restaurants with terrasse and any kind of shops surround the apartment. The gothic area is close by public transportation or on foot if you wish. Don't miss the area of Gracia just next to Eixample. It is very nice to take a walk in th evening with your family as the district is the cutest one in Barcelona. The major Gaudi treasures are in the area where your apartment is located. You will be able to visit: Sagrada Familia, Casa Batlló, Casa Ametller, La Pedrera, Casa de les Punxes among others.
